I remember when my parent bought a house in temple city about 30 years ago now they are living in the old retirement apartment because they were asked buy chinese real estate agents to sell for great cash offer. So my parents sold it. Now I have my own family and living in Irvine. I could see how much Irvine has changed from caucasian to asian community in past 15 years. You would see almost all white Americans living Irvine. But 15 years ago Korean business started to open up and seeing asian moving to Irvine. Now Irvine is becoming of Korean and Chinese community. Now more like Chinese. Koreans are moving to Buena Park. It's becoming bigger than Korean Town in L.A.
It's all about their children education learning. Finding best ranked schools. So the parents could send their children there and safe living also and lots of Korean stores.

Thought I'd add my two cents as I currently live here and go to Arcadia High. Yeah most people are East Asian and ludicrously rich but their wealth doesn't make them assholes. You wouldn't know that some of their families own private jets cuz they're pretty humble. But real estate prices really have skyrocketed the last decade or so and inflation just in the boba stores I went to as a child is insane. PCC is actually kind of looked down upon by most students as we're accepted to go to top colleges including Ivys but it's a really smart financial decision and they have a great transfer program.

It used to be a White Neighborhood but believe it or not, This city and Rowland Heights Only barely covers a little above 50% of Asians and that was very recently. I don't know why we faced Discrimination everywhere we go. This is why I intend to loathe my own race. There are some Poor Asians out there and I am one of the Statistic. It's Drastically Unaffordable even in my Current city which some Asians do move there from Arcadia and other sides as well. Speaking of Vancouver my Ex-Girlfriend and my Current Love interest [Her Best Friend] lives in that Area and i can see why They can't afford Housing there and Homeless is a huge issue there compared to Skid Row in California.
