Nick is not a natural receiver at all. If you watch him run he doesn’t have the 3 step burst. With his size it’s understandable it takes 5 yards or so to pick up speed.

beamer will never be able to win at a high level.. you need a good coach and about 3 years of high level recruiting.. until that happens south carolina will remain a poverty team

Todd Gurley was ridiculous. I don't care about the stats. He's the second best UGA running back ever behind Hershel. (Personally, I think it's neck and neck between them.) You remember that one run he had against USC in '14 where he ran one way, completely reversed field, and got the first down? One of the most underrated runs of his UGA career in my opinion.

6-6 is definitely not what SC football is about, 9-3 should be an off year , way to much talent in state and out not being looked at, the talent that has been wasted is astronomical . This year is an all Beamer chosen team, wish he'd made a change at defensive coordinator as well as strength & dietary, they need to be hitting at practice so game speed hitting doesn't cause the injuries, just my 2 cents, wish it was a dollar, GOD bless.

JP, Beamer has several problems. The transfer portal, Nil, and he has a lousy staff. When he started at SC all of this transfer portal, and Nil crap was getting started and it's a nightmare for every college football program. Even Dumbo Jimbo couldn't win by buying the best players. With the money SC pays coordinators (it's a million plus for oc & dc) Beamer should be able to hire quality people. Loggains and White may understand football, but they can't call a game to save their lives. We all want to believe SC can turn the corner, but the fact is this staff can't develop players , and on game days they can't go off script. If what their calling isn't working they have no clue what to do. We have too much invested in the football program to settle for being mediocre.
