Can someone clarify for me please? Is the "shaft" mentioned the portion of the boot that covers the leg? This seems true from context clues, but i want to be sure
ОтветитьI have longer thighs than calves and I love OTK boots! But since I have very long legs and a short torso, I look good in most boots.
ОтветитьI have longer thighs than calves and I love OTK boots! But since I have very long legs at 5’8 and a short torso, I look good in most boots.
ОтветитьI am having a hard time with your post. I actually had to take some time to rethink. Im so tired of it being difficult to find shoes in larger sizes. No, it's not your fault. Even shoe manufacturers haven't realized how many women are needing larger sizes. I've gone to shoe shoes and the sizes available are still not usually available in larger sizes. By the time they get it we won't need shoes anymore!! 😢
ОтветитьI just wear ankle boots 😭 they are cuter
ОтветитьSo if your things are longer than your calfs, the one with the higher heel? I got confused
ОтветитьEvery girl with fatt ass calves can never find a perfect boot 😢
ОтветитьI’m team over the knee
ОтветитьEh wish they fit my anyway. My calves are just too beautifully thick for these stick thin legs boots 💀😭😭
ОтветитьWhat boot would look good on wide (fat) calves?
ОтветитьI'm so lucky to have inherited some beautiful bandolinos from my grandma haha.. I actually worked on toning my calves so they'd fit 🤭
ОтветитьHow do you stop the boots from crinkling by the ankle? I really want a pair but I hate the look of the crinkled ankle.
ОтветитьWho are you trying to impress with what style of knee high boot you wear? If it is your boyfriend or husband ask him what style he likes.
ОтветитьI'm not very tall (5'4/5'5) but I have pretty long legs and I honestly can't tell if my thighs or calves are longer, they're pretty equal. My favorite boots cut off at the knee cap, though, and I think they look pretty good
ОтветитьDisappointingly, slim calves make most boots look like wellies. First world problems, I know, but it was frustrating when I was young and cared a lot, and they were super fashionable.
For riding, it's sometimes necessary to switch to half chaps, which have a slightly adjustable fit.
I’m also 5’1” those kind of boots usually get up to my knees and it looks and feels weird as hell.
ОтветитьFashion is not my number one talent, but my two sense is that when someone says they found the perfect boot they mean the perfect boot for them…
Also , the boot on the right, makes her leg thicker, and it’s uglier.
The longer chef makes you taller and skinnier
Where are the boots on the right from?!
ОтветитьI didn’t get it 😢
ОтветитьThe shafts are always to wide for me and look horrible 😢
ОтветитьLet me go measure myself again. I always thought that knee high boots looked bad on petite girls with short legs
ОтветитьOlivia la maneja como un títere porque la OP no tiene hijos y se quiere quedar con la herencia de la tía.
ОтветитьEveryone’s thigh is longer than their calf..
ОтветитьMy legs look like my calves and thighs are about the same length.
So what should I go for?
Will you link the boots you have? Can’t seem to find any videos with links of the boots you have
ОтветитьI have a knee high boot but it's not platform, and it looks very bad on me. I found that platform boots look much better
ОтветитьCan you link the boots 👀🩷
ОтветитьI don’t have boots that fit my calves because my calves are too thin. Any recommendations
ОтветитьThe whole picture on the right has been shifted up tp make her claims seem true. The skirt is shorter, the shirt is raised up higher. There was no difference. She created a difference with shifting the picture. And I love her content. So sad to see her be deceptive.
ОтветитьHow do you measure your calf length?
ОтветитьWhat if our calves and thighs are both the same and neither is shorter?
ОтветитьI just buy crotch high boots. Solves the problem
ОтветитьI just give up on knee high boots. I've tried so many pairs in all styles but always hate how they look on me.
ОтветитьWhat is a shaft? Is it the heel?
ОтветитьWhats the name of those with wider heel? The look stunning
ОтветитьI would just say, "I found the perfect black boot for me." That way you stop people's triggers.
ОтветитьYou really think you did something there. Girl you look beautiful in both boots. No need top stress that much.
ОтветитьI'm a size 42.5 to 43. If I could actually find a pair of boots that fitted my foot, my ankles and my calves I'd be so pleased I wouldn't care where they hit on my leg.
It must be so nice for people that actually get to have a choice! Must be like a child in a sweetshop.
I tend to wear wide leg or flares anyway so the shaft of the boots would be hidden under my jeans or cords.
Shaft length with knee-highs never bothered me or had me putting too much focus on them in this manner due to other issues I find with finding the right pair when you have long scrawny legs, only the thigh-highs I pay attention to length closely. Knee-highs almost never go where I’d prefer for them to be when it comes to the knee ones, anyways, so I try to not put too much focus on it … it’s everything else with them that is more annoying.
Even if they magically come to the height I prefer, they almost never fit properly around the calves without manipulating them somehow (thick leg warmers stuffed down inside — still leaves a big gap). I really don’t want to pay $400+ for a pair that fits well, but has a heel height that is too tall (I don’t need more height added, just a mini 1-2” boost) and doesn’t have squared off or pointed toes (as I have a personal issue with my feet looking bigger or wider, which I do not want — rounded toe boots helps that a lot). If anyone has any suggestions with brands, I’m open to them.
Finding that right pair that comes 3” below the knee, fits the calves right without flopping like a bell when I take a step, has enough sturdiness to not fall down or give the slouch look (which I do not like), doesn’t have a tall heel height, and is rounded within a $100-300 range that I can see and try on in-person is like finding a rare unicorn when I’m shopping for boots.
I admit I’m too picky with them, but still. Smaller calves with a 12” circumference in women’s sizes are not kept in mind with most styles concerning boots, unfortunately, (minus thigh-highs, I’ve somehow had decent luck with finding ones that hug well and don’t slide down), so I have to be pickier than usual compared to other footwear.
This is 🔥🔥🔥 tysm…now, do you have any knee high boots recs? I think I’m ready now
ОтветитьNice long knee high boots, on Legs look gorgeous ♥️🥰😘💋
ОтветитьWould love to see you putting on a pair of long black leather thigh high boots with at least 4 inch killer stiletto heels !...
ОтветитьYes I really loved this video and you in it
ОтветитьI don’t wear boots . Only short one . And trainers 👟. Boots needed in Siberia and North Pole !
ОтветитьWhen someone says "I found the perfect..." always means "I found the perfect... for me" because we are all different ❤
ОтветитьMy biggest struggle is finding a pair that looks cute, doesn’t have too much of a heel (I don’t like walking in high heels) and most importantly fit around my chunky calves
ОтветитьYou’re doing too much. If it feels good, you look good. Aesthetics is for others, dress for yourself and you will feel confident, which is the best thing you can put on! 😉
ОтветитьDo we measure the calf and the thigh to see which is longer? I’m so bad at this, but I want to give my college kid a pair of boots but I am very bad at this.
Ответитьany advice for people who are a size 3 in heels and literally cannot find a brand that even manufactures heeled shoes for my shoe size, i tried going 1-2 sizes up but both times caused scars on my feet due to injuries (note: im australian)
