Personally I think the older Madden games are better than the new Xbox 360 or Ps3 ... Both of those version are just terrible game-play wise.... Older Madden games have better game-play....

Now THIS is video game football. NOTHING that came after this compares! You want real sports and racing action, put it on pc. Stop the kiddie xconsole garbage. Nobody plays them. They are shitty imitations of the pc. PC will always have better gameplay, better ai, better graphics, and you can do anything you desire with your cpu... When they bring back madden for pc football will live again. Until then, madden 08 is the best madden game in existence...>

The fact is a PC you can upgrade. The console you can not upgrade the graphics card. Umpypinky seems not have a good PC video card...Plus it seems his pc can not handle a graphic picture looks like an 8-bit LOL!

Got this for PC, before I had no machine capable of running it (Due to my bottom end pc) and for years played madden in consoles.

takes some time to get used to play with the keyboard rather than a controller (muscle memory is tough to recondition) but after overcoming that it feels even better.

The mod for the 2015 season is great but at least for me it crashes when trying to play any of the fantasy teams and Im still looking for a multiplayer server that allows me in.....

I have installed my madden 2008 pc game. I have xbox 360 controllers. The controlls are automatically defaulting to my keyboard. When I try to assign my xbox 360 controllers it says that I "cannot change the assignment for this entry." I started the game with my controllers hooked up. I have uninstalled and the game and reinstalled. What do I need to do to make my Xbox 360 controllers work?????

Why is the PC version of this game a piece of crap compared to console versions? i suppose there are no preplay controls available on PC edition and PC edition lacks plenty more features. I'm quite pissed off!

Dude, i need your assistance concerning a few things.

i installed this game last night and found it exciting. however, there are things i can't make it work or figure how/when they are executed, on PC version.

Consider i enabled the Pre-Play controls.

1) When i would like to pass the ball, sometimes keyboard keys appear on top of each teammate. But sometimes icons show up. Icons are being said that they describe special kind of players. However, i do not get its true purpose. If i am able to pass already while keyboard keys appear, what difference those icons make? At what situation should i use them?

2) When those icons show up, i do not know how to pass the ball to any player having the special icon on. For instance, id like to pass the ball to the player having the icon of flying boots! how to perform that? What keys are used to do that?

3) There is also an orange marker which becomes visible under any teammate. i would like it appear under another player. How can i do that? What key combination?

4) Last but not least, what is the purpose of "re-spot the ball" feature. how and when is it used?

The PC version of this game is the best

I bought Madden 19 and can't get it to work on my PC. My wife and stepson know a lot about computers. My stepson put a really good graphics card in my computer. He said it should play the game no problem. I am doing something wrong because it won't play. It works fine until you try to play a game. As soon as the game is almost done loading the whole game just shuts down and exits to the desktop. We have tried adjusting settings but to no avail.
