Space Engineers - Blueprints - Failed to publish on Steam Workshop

I tried this in the past, redo right now and still can't publish.... maybe cause I'm in Hongkong server and could be blocked... now I can't even leave a comment on a mod from the workshop or see the discussions page..

are you on mac or pc?

I am so having this Problem... only Completely Deleting the ThumbNial will allow a Good Upload.. I tryed several of the suggested fixes.. with no luck... Driving me bonkers

Yeah when I tried this with the new image, it threw an error stating it couldn't sync up with the steam cloud. None of the process worked past that point.
