Why can devices in different VLANs communicate with each other? Does this situation create security vulnerability? How can they communicate even though they are different VLANs and most important for me how can we prevent this communication??

i did exactly what you do but i still can connect a pc from vlan 1 to a pc in vlan 2. I did the enapsulation everything it doesnt work, i did use a different router than you, could this be a reason it does not work?, thank you

Subnetting - using the block size.
Switch - Configure vlans && making access port (devices to switch) & trunk port (switch to router)
Router - Inter vlan & dhcp configuration.
Devides - Enable DHCP
