Considering the R/S is june 23rd, i strongly believe it will continue to sell off, i'am holding 4000 shares at $1.32. I'll keep buying in order to average down and close my positions. It's s scam company, they have shifted from an energy company to a crypto mining company. All they do is dilute shares to acquire bitcoins. No productions, no contracts, no deliveries, no relevant updates on their products.

It’ll open at 6.2 to 8 / share when the transition occurs. Totally gutted. Got 18,355 shares which will be divided by 8 which is even more painful. £31,700 down. Scraps left in the pot. But I think the lesser shares available will push the stock in the near future. I had expected the stock go to $6 but not this way lol. Still smiling. I am still smiling, just numbers that are not in my favour though. lol. Life is too short to be angry and I’ve made over 150k in on investments in my term. This is a good lesson for my boys.

What Kulr did was very disrespectful. They waited until the market ended to announce this 1-for-8 split on Friday, 6-13-25. No warning or anything. This action has pissed them short sellers off, and most of us who believed in the company. Without trust, there is nothing. I don't know what to think of this company anymore. The fact that a publicly traded company's CEO LIES is a crime! He had repeatedly said there will be no R/S. He has ZERO interest in retail investors who are being flushed out by tutes. Obsession with Bitcoin and complete lack of NEWS on actual product revenue progression is complete BS. Appears that KULR is a shell company, intended to deceive. I see a mass class-action suit coming soon and I it will be well deserved!

Funny you made this video, somebody else made a video on KULR a few days ago and I said I wouldn't touch this stock now and somebody replied saying they are $25,000 Down and that is most of their savings lol he asked me what would I do, I said well may as well hold longer now and see if you can get some of your money back cause wow. Then I asked why he did such a thing. That is just completely irresponsible, stupid and insane.
Aside from that, this is just a total dick move by this company and I kind of hope they go bankrupt now
