ОтветитьPart 2 today...Flying all day from Oregon to Japan took a lot out of me, mainly legs. Day 16 was great on legs but this one Day 17 was great at getting the lower back. Onto a bus now for a bit to final destination. Will probably be doing a few more of these over the week and next.

Ответитьperfect for either end of the day... when I first discovered C Dorner nearly a year ago, I couldnt manage any but the most simple mobility moves, now Im really enjoying going back and "discovering" these short sessions and pleased to report that I can get most of the moves with a few mods. I would encourage everyone to give it a try. Thank you.
