Did you know there are three bones that make up your ankle? The tibia, the fibula and the talus. There are three ligaments on the outside of your ankle, Proper footwear is so important so do NOT wear flip flops and wear good soled shoes, proper fitting shoes when you're hiking or doing any outdoor activity!
