WHAT IS GTA 5 ROLEPLAY?! | GTA 5 RP EXPLAINED!

i played on vio (rageMP) for 15 hours now after i played for 200+ on vio on MTA, and on the rageMP version there just seem to be not many players (20-80), a bit buggy in terms of probably the scripting, but also the sync was off a lot, like stuff breaking and crashes happening that didn't happen for the other person, even with both on stable sub-20 ping... also animations sometimes being completely wrong - did the 1.1 version come out yet? i wonder why they can't use something similar to fiveM's netcode...also the lack of NPCs make it feel like you're playing in a sandbox without sand lol

Fivem is over and has been for I believe 3 weeks now after rockstar bought and and started to take everything out the game.

Bro am I the only fucking person that fivem JUST KEEPS FUCKING CRASHING I know my computer can handle it, it did fine the first day and now ever since it’s just been crashing and crashing and it’s so fucking annoying and I’m thinking about quitting GTA before I’ve really even given it a shot it’s just extremely frustrating to keep having my game fucking crash and I don’t even know what’s happening I’ve tried most of the methods to stop it from crashing and it keeps fucking happening please help 😭

have a router without access to the internet
run the server and connect with another computer

I am actively looking for a great role-playing server but the few that I have found to play on my game doesn’t crash. It just doesn’t load very good. Meaning it looks like I’m under the map most of the time roads don’t render in also buildings, etc..

fck fivem i have the highest spec on my pc and i still get 50 fps when in a server also since i get 50 fps i cant even kill anyone. Also server crash every 10 minutes which results in people leaving due it.

Bro can everyone on rp servers just buy a good connection otherwise just leave. It gets so annoying.

Love this vid man! I'm kinda leaning towards RageMP cuz most of FiveM's servers are not English and they are not really good to be honest lmao. It also has NPC's in maps which is very weird since the NCP's aren't even real.

Reminds me of MTA and SAMP, in samp there were no mods like in MTA, in MTA there were a lot more advanced and complex mods and scripts. but it runs worse.

The "Scripts/Coding" is completly wrong... fivem is a way hard to coding; the "fivem team" have some scripts that you are required to use, and they just do the same thing that you start a code from zero on rage, they literally force you to use a " library " which makes hard to do a simple event like: spawn the player when you wanted to.
FiveM have just a couple events from server that you can manager the player, mostly you have to create this by yourself, like (onPlayerDied) , RAGEMP - you just put this on serverside and everytime that a player dies you can manage its death, but in fivem you have to create a loop and every 1ms you have to check: (isPlayerAlive? - yes? do nothing - no? send the event) and this is really bad...

How's RageMP Sync now? Is it any better? I used to use FiveM and I'm planning to play GTA again and not sure if switching to RageMP would be worth it.

I really like serious RP. So witch is better FiveM or RageMP for serious RP.

For me grand rp(rage) is better than five M
