the title is good but the content is not. it is not realistic and not real.

if you bought a house at 200k if you just divide that by a monthly payment it could be $3333.33 . plus you add tax insurance and homeowners dues. 

for me i like numbers, put the numbers and i will tell you my opinion. if not there is nothing. thanks for sharing
