A little tough for me to say unbiased considering RAAM is my favorite gears character out of all the games books.

However if I had to say It would definitely depend on the stage if it’s an open field I would definitely say RAAM. I say this because of the fact that. Though RAAM is slower his arsenal is stronger. A mulcher not a simple machine gun that even though he is shooting from the hip he was fudging accurate. The mulcher has kind of a spread as well so it can cover a general area and not just a spot which is great against someone who is quick and agile. Biggest thing about the mulcher is its power as well especially with skorges light armor it would instantly stop him in his tracks. Now you all have said rift worm well let’s recap the rift worm doesn’t necessarily mean instant death. This wouldn’t be much of a problem for RAAM if he survived the initial swallowing of the General. Now let’s fast forward to RAAM breaking free of the worms stomach he back out in the open he may have lost his mulcher at this point but now he’s got access back to the Kryll now skorge can get up close but I doubt he’d get by the Kryll at least not quick enough to not get consumed by them.

Scenario 2 if they are in an enclosed area or an area that has a lot of cover it’s a different story while still a tough fight I think skorge COULD win not a definite though he doesn’t have a way around the Kryll shields. A Ink Grenade doesn’t work on Kryll I’ve tried also the Krylls speed would be a problem for skorge as well. Yes skorge is fast but let’s go back to GOW 1 after the gas station your on the highway running from what the Kryll who is flying fast than you are driving I’ll tell you that. Sorry to say but unless skorge comes with something other than ink he will lose every time.

RAAM

I say Raam because he's stronger and smarter. Skorge only advantage is being faster.

He was a pain in the ass but I love Raam

Raam would win and I will explain why!
At first the fight would be long Range becaise the would probaly see each other very early. Skorge only using his stereotypical pistols wouldn't be able to harm Raam this much, but Raam could do immense damage to Skorge because he is normally using his big machine gun and Skorge is lightly armored. Lets assume Skorge gets close to raam, Raam would call his Skrill and Skorge couldn't defend himself (he can't swing his staff fast enough to kill them this isn't an anime) and even if the were no Skrill, Ramm can crush the lancers chainsaw and therefore also Skorges dualbladed staff (in gears 2 we saw, at the Skorge bossfight, that his saw were equally as strong as the ones from the lancer) so even if gets close he would crush the staff und kill the lightly armored Skorge with his Dagger. Because Raam is physically stronger (they are the "same" species and he has more muscels) this wouldent be a Problem.

RAAM would win cause if you play gears of war RAM shadow is showed that the girl that protect jace chainsaw him on the chest and didn't work cause it didn't go through him but if skorge is trying to kill him the best way is to hit the head if cause even his armor is indrestrudle to bullets on the game that's why they had to shoot the head

Wrong. Skorge insta-wins on 2 different accounts. You forgot 2 things. 1, if Raam is going to have the Krill then guess what 2 things Skorge is going to have? The giant Rit Worm (which is also their God btw) and his giant Reaver. Now, having to deal with Skorge's agile attacks which would be mostly bluffs or things that WOULD kill him but weren't intended, all he's doing is buying time while his Reaver comes down for another leathal attack, which is just another diversion. Skorge jumps on the Reaver's harness as the giant Rit Worm rises to swallow Raam along with about 3 city blocks.

The other thing you somehow forgot even though you briefly mentioned it was just how strong Skorge's weapon really was (also how the lancer couldn't have stood up to it) he extended the length of his chain staff to CUT A SUPER ROIDED UP TANK IN HALF!!! Raam's armor wouldn't have been even the slightest issue. Skorge makes one slash from 20 feet away and Raam is cut in half.

Now if you want to add in the part where Raam had enough Krill to block out the sun from an entire city and thus rip through it in a matter of seconds then yeah, Skorge would be pretty boned. But that's not the Raam you used and claimed so matter of fact that he'd win.

You also forget they were buddies and Skorge had a feeling Raam would be too much one day.

That said, don't think I don't like Raam. He did his job better than anyone and the Hoard couldn't have asked for a better Uzil/general.

There is a reason ram was the general and not skorge. He has a better mind for strategy and he way stronger than skorge. But let’s be real they would never fight they were really close before raam took leadership from sraak

Remember raams Kryll scatters from explosions and fire so if skorge was to call tickers to attack raam he could make raams kryll scatter and skorge could go in for the kill

To be honest I don't think it's fair to give raam the krill in this fight I would just give him his knife and gun that way he can keep skorge at a distance by shooting at him but skorge could evade the shots and raams armer is nothing against skorges chainsaw staff cause skorge used it to cut a fricken tank in half plus Marcus said that skorge made raam look like a push over...but I don't like seeing them fight because they were great friends

RAAM had the krill though skorge had the hydra and I feel like u forgot about skorges hydra that could easily destroy RAAM when the krill isn't shielding him

RAAM bro, skorge just pales in comparison to RAAM proof of that is based off feats theyve both portrayed and the general in game boss fights between them, RAAM was a pain in the ass to deak with, skorge as actually pretty easy to beat

Knife/dagger will always win in close combat over a staff. Raam wins easily which is why he was a general.
