What brand is the dragons blood? By the way I want you to know if it wasn’t for the videos you give us here I would have never been able to get out of my painters block, it was a lot of post partum, I have 4 kids, single mom so making the time for art became a hopeless thing for me. But you have taught me how to train myself to subconsciously always be thinking creatively and idk how to explain it but you saved me during a very dark difficult time. Thank you @JennaRaineyChannel

I confess that I am confused by the incorporation of acrylic paint into your watercolor palette. The acrylic hardens and cannot be reactivated, so how do you maintain the purity and transparency of the watercolors for later use or clean the palette after the acrylics have set up. Also, are there not concerns about the effect of acrylics on good watercolor brushes?  
Thanks for any clarity on the use of these two media together. I know that many artists do not even put gouache paint into their watercolor palettes, but keep the gouache off to the side in a separate palette or little dish so they don't corrupt their good watercolor paints.

I am concerned about the acrylic paint being incorporated with your watercolours and on your watercolour paintbrushes as well. Acrylic is such a different medium that I feel it could ruin your watercolour paints and brushes. Any thoughts?

I’m curious why you used white acrylic paint. Won’t it damage watercolor brushes? Why not use white gouache?

This is coming from a good place so please don’t take it the wrong way. I would definitely recommend that you put whatever art you are doing in the video in the thumbnail, even if it is “only” some exercises. It’s the art I see in the thumbnail that determines which of the watercolor videos I click on 100 % of the time.

I’m very new to watercolor and started out by watching you. I’m so worried about the acrylic pain that you added to your palette during the first painting. Acrylic dries hard and can’t be reactivated so I’m wondering how soon or when you clean your palette after you’re finished?

I forgot I had 9 tubes of Maimeri Blu paints from 20 years ago that I have not used again until today and they are still so vibrant and creamy as the day I bought them 20 yrs ago..Dragons Blood is a beautiful color, I forgot how wonderful they are.
