Just finished building this workbench. Great design! Affordable, easy to build, and it goes up in no time. I just built an 8 ft section to see if I liked it now I’m going to wrap the rest of my garage in the bench. Thanks!
ОтветитьWhat size lag screws did you guys used for the studs? Im at home depot trying to find them
ОтветитьThe music/sound effects are unbearable bro
ОтветитьHow many 2x4’s total was needed for the work bench?
ОтветитьWould be more work but…. Could have pulled osb board and blocked in where that top shelf goes for more screws.
ОтветитьWhy so
Many people to work on a basic build??
Amazing 🤩
Great job my friend
it beeps so bad
ОтветитьHow tall did you make it?
ОтветитьWhat type of 2x4 is that
ОтветитьHow big of a tv is that ?
ОтветитьAdvice, never put wood in contact with a concrete floor. moisture in concrete causes wood to rot.
ОтветитьSketchUp got to be the hardest app to use
Ответитьthey're called tapcons, not tapcoms
ОтветитьWhich screws for 2x4s and into wall studs?
ОтветитьWhat is the finished height? Looks great.
ОтветитьThat's nice how you brought your whole family in to get involved. Awesome
Ответить"who you talking to?....I'm talking to America!"....best comment ever lol
Ответитьdo you have any issues with moisture coming from concrete and potentially rotting out the wood that sits on the floor?
ОтветитьBro I just came here to say I saw your WVU swag over the door! Let’s Go Eers’!!
ОтветитьThanks for great info on how to build my workbench. Much appreciated
ОтветитьThis is so awesome. I also would have rounded the edges.
ОтветитьNo way in hell 70 2x4’s and all that plywood was under 300$
ОтветитьHello regards from Poland :) 😊
ОтветитьSpent all day building this, looking really nice. Thanks for the tips.
ОтветитьI appreciate this vide, thank you; but PLEASE MAN, tone down that god awful music the volume is ridiculous.
ОтветитьGood idea man. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьI’d like to know how high from the floor and height to the floating shelf? Thanks
ОтветитьGreat project. I use screws so I can take apart easily when I get another idea what would be better. And I don’t use horizontal runner on the floor. Just legs in front so I can clean the garage easily. Also poly the top to prevent staining.
ОтветитьTrying to build something similar but dealing with a fare bit of slope in my garage
ОтветитьThis is a great idea i plan to use this layout in my new shop
ОтветитьThank you April I like the work bench, you're very smart,I'm going to biuld me one for me.
ОтветитьI found that if you use an actual purpose made hammer drill to drill holes in concrete for Tapcons work so much better. Using the drill bit they provide in a drill/hammer drill just doesn’t work
ОтветитьYou need to go for a run, you kept getting out of breath by just talking 😮
ОтветитьJust noticed that I won't subscribed. Am now lol
ОтветитьHow tall did they make the bench top?
ОтветитьGetting ready to build shelving and a work bench and loved this plan and video. Quick question. My garage wasn't drywalled and I live in the south. Building would be easier without the drywall but visually it's not the same. What are your thoughts?
ОтветитьFunny how yanks get sizes the wrong way round
ОтветитьFun to watch. Looks great!!
ОтветитьTap Con masonry anchors .. Masonry Nails can send shrapnel
ОтветитьNice now 3 years later inflation cost is $700 for wood plus hardware No more cheap wood had the big box stores in 2023
ОтветитьLove this. A little less goofin off and a few more numbers would be grand tho
ОтветитьHow tall did you go on bench?
ОтветитьQuick question. Heard you used 70 2x4s and some plywood. Do those 2x4s include the shelving that goes over fridge
ОтветитьNice set up. I’d highly recommend a 3/4” MDF overlay with white Formica, if ya ever add a finish to it, for the countertop and some edging. I feel like ply wood is kinda rough and “bouncy”. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьThe first step should have been to epoxy the floor and paint the walls
ОтветитьGreat video! Thanks
ОтветитьTundra looks awesome ❤
ОтветитьLogan loved the build! Simple and easy, I’m about to undertake a similar build in me new shed/workshop. Do you mind if I reference your video in the early stages? Thanks, great content man!
