Dick York is the most realistic and sympathetic Darren.He had issues in real life but was the perfect Darren. The love/hate relationship between Darren and Endora was comedy gold.Agnes Morehead was a treasure.

Aw, a moment of sort-of camraderie, or at least a moment in common between those two.
I know Endora likes to torment Darrin, but I dont think she'd necessarily wish him specific harm. She's just a bit snobbish about heritage and has a will of iron.

Believe it or not, Sam and Darrin's older daughter Tabitha was "born" on Thursday January 13, 1966.; she was a Capricornian Greeen or Wood Snake. ♑🐍

This Darrin is great!! Dick York played him so well!!! Endora is such a dream on this show, she is hilarious!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣!!! I still watch it, on antenna TV.... Dick Sargent, I did not like at all, I stopped watching it, when he played, Darrin.....

I love the fact that Endora's eye makeup matches her outfit!

Underneath it all, Endora has a warm kind heart. She just doesn't tolerate male bs.

Throughout the series Endora never told Sam to divorce Darrin. And she loved her grandchildren, even before it was confirmed they were a witch and a warlock.

Well, both Darrin and Endora need to realize that Tabitha is a half-blood, she will need access to both the mortal and .magical world, and they both need to learn to live with it!

I wish they would leave the black and white episodes they way they are.

I even had to cry. Probably the only moment in the history of this show that they actually displayed compassion towards one another. Beautiful.

It was actually touching to see Endora and Darren bond over the baby. Endora has a heart. We all knew it. :)

Dick York and Agnes Moorhead were actually best buddies on set. When not filming they hung out in each other’s dressing rooms and had a great time together. She was actually quite upset when, York couldn’t work anymore and initially gave, Dick Sargent a hard time. On her first introduction to Sargent, she walked up to him and said, “I hate change!” and walked away.

This was one of my favorite episodes; one reason being, Darrin and Endora got along, but also baby Tabatha makes her debut.

Probably one of the most endearing, non-Samantha scenes in this whole series, and another reason why the "original" Darrin was better than the "new" Darrin. Dick York/Sergeant (I always mix them up) was just a bit more expressive and loosen up, and it worked better for the show.
