Flying Stars 02

This is what I saw the evening of the 4th of July 2013. It was a blaze of fire like red more than orange and was very controlled about a height of a helicopter when they fly low. It seemed like it appeared out of nowhere then I turned my head for a while and it was gone. But what are those stars that fly higher than planes. I see them every time I gaze into the night some are fast and some are slow then they fade or dissappear. No clouds in sight. I see flashes of light often but nothing there.
