I've got several WW2 Soviet books for engineering AFV engines ( including the T-34 ) and AA / AAA. The material quality laid out in the designs was horrible. From the manuals i have, the Red Army often used low grade everything. No Al-25 at all in any manual ormention of high octaine avation feul.
