ОтветитьHi @FutureCanoe. I have discovered you recently and love your style, but…. What you did with pierogi is unforgivable 😉. I am from Poland and it my heritage 😉. Just kidding, your pierogi are just of mamy different varieties you can make. You can put inside whatever you like. The ones from the video are called “ruskie pierogi”. The most popular in Poland. The cottage cheese and fried onions are doing all the work on those. You should try those too someday. We’re also eat pierogi with fruits like strawberries but that we eat them fresh out of the water, without frying (you also top them with sour cream with the addition of sugar).

Also, I use hot water to make the dough. Helps it stick and be coherent together.
