I want to access the course book. I could not find it anywhere to access it even with a payment.

I downloade the files (I THINK correctly). But Iget the following:
Module 2 - Practice Exercise S0lution

and

Module 2 - Exercise.

Then, whatever I click on, I get an error telling me to rename the compressed file.

this is not my problem but is a general problem. The Yahoo account is not adding to MS Outlook 2019,2021 and Microsoft outlook 365.

I clicked to downloaded the complete exercises and received the files. I have a MacBook Pro and I do not have MS Office installed. Is this going to be an issue? Are these files prepared to work on any environment? On the Powerpoint file, I see the files, but when I click the play button nothing happens. Please advise. Thanks.

Hard to follow for me

I can't get the exercises to download, it brings up a 50% status bar and just sits there. Not sure if it's my computer or the site. The video here works just fine.
