This isn't on the same level as the feuds ppl get into regarding what order they do milk/cereal. I don't see an issue of doing ramen either way tbh, I wouldn't be able to tell at all if someone gave it to me doing either order.
ОтветитьMy noodles have always and will always become tasteless when I add seasoning before the noodles.
ОтветитьI put it in first because it flavors the noodles
ОтветитьSome people dont want the brother and just want noodles with seasoning so they add the packet after they drain the water.
ОтветитьHow about it almost feels like ur about to die after eating the whole bowl?
ОтветитьI personally add the seasoning packets first to get the flavoured broth more flavourful especially for the dried seasonings
ОтветитьIn India also we make this way only not the other way round.
ОтветитьIts a common things to do in indonesia.
ОтветитьThat's so much water though... Like, no flavor. That's my favorite type of ramen and that much water will make it taste like nothing
ОтветитьThere is ZERO difference in taste. It makes no difference when you add the packets.
ОтветитьI personally mix the seasoning with my coffee. I eat the noodles like cereal with milk and sugar. It's much easier. I get to have noodle soup for breakfast
ОтветитьI do the same!
ОтветитьProbably the worst mistake u have ever made when cooking noodles😅😅
ОтветитьI put the seasoning in my bowl along with hot sauce and mix the noodles
ОтветитьNever thought of it this way. Thank you.
Ответитьi boil kimchi in the water before adding the noodles + packet and i like the packet flavor in the noodles, so that’s why i add it afterwards
ОтветитьI’ve also felt like boiling the noodles in already flavored water makes them taste better
ОтветитьI add the spice after noodles are cooked bcz even If I add too much water by mistake it can be taken out
ОтветитьI cooked the noodles first to drain them and then add my seasonings.
ОтветитьYou are showing Shin Ramyun, their instructions literally say add the spices and vegetables to the water before noodles. FYI.
ОтветитьI do the same with shin
ОтветитьI typically drain off the liquid once the noodles are al dente, so I would add it after to not waste sauce / flavor.
ОтветитьI do it that way, too.
ОтветитьI go b4 i feel like the water flavor gets absorbed into the noodles better that way
ОтветитьThat’s life changing
ОтветитьDon’t forget to add gojugang and kimchi and extra water for a kick A spicy ramen broth. Broth is the best part
ОтветитьI do the same 😂
ОтветитьYes Lisa!!!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY AGREE. Adding the seasoning after the noodles makes it clump inside the noodles and you have to stir to mix it in. Again, just like she said, it's not too big of a deal, but once you try it, you won't want to go back
ОтветитьI do that too. I think it tastes better because the seasoning has time to infuse before the noodles go in. I like my noods a lil under cooked and this helps.
ОтветитьG❤
ОтветитьI just drink the seasoning and eat the dry noodles after so it cooks im my stomach acid
ОтветитьI do the exact same thing! When I make instant ramen I add the packets first than any toppings first (lets say mini sausages as an example or fish cakes) than the noodles and lastly an egg, so that by the time everything else is finished cooking the noodles are still firm
ОтветитьI do the same as you!😂... my logic is to avoid any clumps 😉🤷🏻♀️
ОтветитьSmh. This is so weird!!! I thought EVERYONE KNOW THIS!!!???
ОтветитьI add my packet after noodles are completely cooked. I adjust the water ratio to increase the flavor without it being watered down
ОтветитьThats to much water
ОтветитьI let the noodles boil, strain til theres a little water left and then add the packet. I find whenever i put the packet in the water, all the flavor goes in the broth and doesnt stay on the noodles and is sorta washed out.
ОтветитьI add it after cuz i don't want alot of water in my ramen it tastes better with less water to me! Always fun seeing how other ppl make stuff!!!! Hugs ❤❤❤
ОтветитьThx for the tips
ОтветитьThis was❤
ОтветитьHow about for milk ramen😊
ОтветитьWhy boiling the water separately 😮? Just pour the hot water in the cup and wait a few minutes…
Ответитьi like to do it this way bc every time i add it when the water is boiling it bubbles too much spills over😭😭 it’s on me for using tiny pots though lol
ОтветитьThat's how I do it... The noodles will absorb the water... You have more flavor
ОтветитьThe flavor on the water first means that the noodles have the flavor cooked in them and not just around them.
ОтветитьThe reason I don’t cuz if u add it before but u like to drain the water all of the flavor goes away
ОтветитьCuz thats the right way
Ответитьyou must be one of those people that pour milk in the bowl before the cereal .
Ответитьadding the seasoning first is good if you use the correct amount of water. Too much water and the noodles will be bland
Ответить
