I'm not exactly sure what happened but I went for a 20 minute power nap reset and woke up so groggy. This is a positive review! If I was that sleepy sleepy after 20 mins, I was gone gone. Wow.

Very nice. Our leader helps homeless men, who are often preyed on by supposedly christian missionaries, who tell them they somehow "deserved" whatever horrific was visited on them, or their parents did / didn't do something and the punishment is whatever happened to their sons. Absolute trash, of course, but shorter recordings - 5 minutes? - that could be downloaded and played where these victims could hear them could make huge differences in their lives. Food for thought
