How come you made so much seasoning, but then only used a little bit of it?

Where do get the perogies? Are they home made, or store bought - that would be helpful

I made it and not sure what I did wrong but it wasn't close to chalets. I notice when you put the spices into the mayo and sour cream you say 2 tablespoons but it looks like your using a tsp. I have the same set and my tsp is the color of what you called a tablespoon. If it was an accident and you meant tsp then are the spices also the wrong amount? Mine tastes spicy and salty. The Swiss chalet one at the restuarant is amazing so I am confused. Hope you can help me out thanks
