Turkish Airlines is really bad with customer services. Stuff is uneducated, not trained, not capable of speaking decent English and rude if there is a problem and you insist on solution.

Customer service is done through "Feedback" procedure which is basically email reply that can take 48 hours while you are stuck at the airport. So, practically Turkish airline can not produce any solution through phone calls. So, disgusting.

If anything goes wrong at your flight, you simply pay for it.

Character and Quality of Turkish Airlines company are just disgusting.

I would like to know the Turkish Airways policy for the children re-issuance of the ticket who become child from an infant during the Pandemic Covid-19. What is SOP?
