GUYS!!! I FINALLY FOUND IT!!
SO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND YOU TRIED SETTING YOUR DEVELOPER CONSOLE ON EVERY KEY THEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO BIND THE DEVELOPER CONSOLE TO MOUSE 5, 4, OR 3
(FOR ME IT WORKED)
AFTER YOU BIND THOSE KEYS FOR SOME OF YOU IT MAY HAPPEN WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, SO AFTER I BINDED THE CONSOLE TO MOUSE 5 IT UNBINDED A FEW OF MY KEYS (SHOOTING, PRIMARY WEAPON, SHIFT) BUT NO WORRIES YOU CAN JUST SET THEM BACK!!
