Awesome
ОтветитьAs a young lover of retro games (and a small content creator myself!) this video is a lifesaver and really encouraging. Helps me and I'm sure it helps a ton of others get in touch with more channels of shared interests & highlighting smaller channels in general is such a cool move. So many brilliant folks out there getting done dirty by the algorithm, we all just gotta help each other!
Once again, thank you so much for this.
Thank-you so much for these videos, you have introduced me to some amazing creators that I watch almost daily. You deserve many more subscribers Jenovi.
ОтветитьLove St1ka's channel.
ОтветитьVery cool giving some shout outs here, but it's honestly hard to judge whether these channels would interest us with nothing more than you talking about them. Why not show a minute or two worth of short clips from each channel, so we could have at least gotten a feel for the content? And not with you talking over them but actually showing us some short clips? That would have made all the sense. Just sayin'.
ОтветитьThis is excellent- love this! Introduced me to some new channels. I was only aware of RetroActive and Russian Game Comrade
ОтветитьGreetings and thx from Brasil, mate! I'll check this channels ASAP.
ОтветитьChecked out all the channels you featured. Subscribed to Creative Cat Productions, great stuff
ОтветитьWhere the FUCK is Mr. Baffa Cake?!
ОтветитьVery interesting stuff. I've saved some playlists and lots of videos to watch later. Thank you, Jenovi
ОтветитьI'll make sure to check these channels out. Thanks for the head's up!
ОтветитьI always try to leave a comment if I liked a video, even if its just saying "great video"
ОтветитьAlways enjoy these videos
ОтветитьProps dude, pay it forward! I think I found yours and St1ka's channel through Slopes Game Room, which I was new there at the time even. Anyway, enjoying the content! Thanks!
ОтветитьI love this. I'm still subbed and enjoy the channels you mentioned last time. Absolute gems. I'll make sure to check these channels out. Thanks Jenovi
ОтветитьThere's some great recommendations here. Kate's A Critical Hit and Russian Video Game Comrade are two of my favorite new channels that I've discovered in the last year. And thanks for the kind words bud. 😁
Ответитьmy channel needs help..I suck!
ОтветитьGreat video. It's always good to discover quality retro gaming channels.
ОтветитьThat was awesome thanks so much will be subscribing to most of them. Except for St1ka..................Was already subscribed 😂🤣
ОтветитьWry cool video! Can’t wait to check these channels out!
ОтветитьAlright, happy to see I already follow some of these channels and happy to have been turned on to more! Currently looking at some stuff on A Critical Hit and Russian Video Game Comrade's channel :)
For a future list, I recommend Gamer's Garden Retro - he's not just good, but is currently doing a series on cancelled games for the Saturn by looking at titles that got previewed in the Official Sega Saturn magazine, and it is fascinating and totally on-point for any viewer to Jenovi, I think it's safe to assume :)
I would also recommend RetroDrew (who covers mostly 16-bit Japanese imports for the SNES, but does whatever he wants from time to time) and "PandaMonium Reviews Every U.S. Saturn Game." That's the whole name of the channel, and his stuff is bloody fantastic. Each review may be slow to come out, but they're practically documentaries in terms of production value. He actually has interviewed team members on more than one occasion to get the richest perspectives available. His video on Virtua Racing is insanely fascinating (did you know that Time Warner Interactive didn't even have Saturn dev kits when it started development? They had to go into Sega America's offices after people went home to compile stuff on THEIR lone dev kit!). His channel is just stupidly underrated imho.
The Lost Sectors is another great >2k sub retro gaming channel worth checking out.
In addition to fun commentary on games, they always have extraneous entertaining stuff to say about 80s culture, life, or whatever.
One show they decided to start a pro wrestling style beef with Matt Barton as stunt to increase subscribers. Fun times
What a cool thing to do.
I already sub to some mentioned but thanks for highlighting some other excellent channels 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for this video, Jenovi. I'm checking these channels immediately since I was not aware of any of them. Also, is great to have a new video from you.
ОтветитьThe one I like for under 2000k subs is: The poor man's retro game room. Only 402 subs so far.
ОтветитьWhat a great list! A couple I already know, but many are new to me and I greatly look forward to watching. It's always great to see videos like these. 👍
ОтветитьDang brother this is exactly something I've wanted to do but lack both the skill or tools to make it happen. I was already following 8 of the ten on your initial list. You included of course. There is so much more amazing retro content than the top 5 popular, which to be honest have become too elite for my taste. Thank you for creating this video and I will share this along my Twitter feed.! Much respect!
ОтветитьAaaayyyy welcome to Arizona
ОтветитьYour videos are so pretty now.
ОтветитьSubscribed to all of them. In Jenovi we trust.
ОтветитьVery nice line up 👍👍👍
ОтветитьFire;steel
rubbara
Retro Island Gaming
Cyberpunk Gamer
Hey Jenovi, this is a really cool initiative, having a really small channel I know how hard it is to reach your audience, so I'll be sure to check these out !
ОтветитьAlways lovely to see these kinds of videos! There's some seriously hard working folks in this bunch.
ОтветитьWell deserved on all these. I’m a fan of Show me Retro too. He truly does this because he loves sharing with the community. Thanks for taking time to do this Jenovi. Subbing to some of these now.
ОтветитьI absolutely love Zilog and Moto. I found him doing research on Tommy Lasorda Baseball for the Genesis and found that his review was probably the best on the platform. I soon found myself watching his other reviews and loving them. He’s very deep and cathartic. I love that he actually reviews the box, its physical condition, and includes a detailed look at the manuals. As a Genesis lover, I can’t look away!
Thank you very much for mentioning our channel on this list. You really made our family’s day. I’ve actually been watching you for years now, ever since I found you through that excellent canceled 32X game video you did a while back. Again, thank you. This is quite the honor. 😎
Dude, seriously thank you for the shout out 🙏 Hope to see you someday in person at a convention to thank you in person. I nearly shed a tear hearing you describe my channel which is understandably very difficult 😅
ОтветитьLove it man. Pandemonium and gamers garden are two of my fav channels now!
ОтветитьThanks so much! Not just for including me but for very kindly doing this sort of thing to give smaller channels a helping hand. So many great ones out there that deserve more eyeballs on it! I know some here but will check them all out :) Have a great weekend!
ОтветитьSubbed to all of them. Thanks for the tips!
