When I was a kid, I had no concept of television seasons, either. Plus, I agree with you that Season 6 was great.

Sadly I grew up with Crappy DVDS. 2 words. Sharon miller... I was born when that crud started also I feel left out lol

I have that VHS too but I never watched alot because the promo and two of the episodes (Percy Runs Away and Percy's Predicament) used to scare me to death. Although I'm not scared of those two episodes, that VCI promo still gives me the willies.

Have you ever heard of the vhs "Thomas truckloads of fun"?

I used to have Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends - Chaes, Races and Runaways'' (1997, UK VHS) on the Teletubbies episode, ''Dry Stone Wall'', when I was a kid.

This video I didn't have, as every time I saw it in the shops, the image from "Thomas Comes to Breakfast" on the cover frightened me. Wonder who's idea it was to put that image on there as that episode isn't even on the video! Someone's idea of a sick joke!  Scary cover image aside, this video does appear to have a good compilation of episodes. Were it not for the cover, I'd have asked my parents to get this video for me, and I would have loved it.

I just purchased Chases Races and Runaways off Ebay and I will do an unboxing video of it when it arrives.
