Suggestion here, get rid of the sofa and replace it with a Murphy Bench to save lots of space.

That sofa takes up way too much room. Add a Murphy Bench that can be folded up against the wall when not in use.

I'm truly hurt. I felt that this was one of the prettiest track layouts it was. Sorry to see it get tore down.
