I'm sorry, but if my kitchen window was open, and when I "investigated" it, saw that the lock was broken, #1, Id call the police right then. Let THEM search the house because they would know to check the attic!
And #2, Id have the window fixed and change ALL the locks!

When I was a child, I often read books at night. I always leave the light in the closet on until morning. Light crept through the door and dispelled the illusion of darkness with brilliant white light. I feel warm and comfortable. I feel so safe that I often forget to turn off the lights when I finish reading. But one night, that light suddenly turned off by itself. "There's something behind the door"😢😢….

You can never be too cautious when it comes to living by yourself and trying to protect yourself constantly looking over your shoulders after somebody has invaded your privacy your home your place of safety it's really hard to overcome that and sometimes just play better just to move on just saying

I like these stores! I listened to them when I was home alone. If I was in any of these situations, I would just lock all my doors and windows and be on the lookout.

These stories are a prime example as to why i conceal carry and have an arsenal. I dont need to worry as much though, my wife is usually home all day and i have a literal wolf dog in my backyard. I almost feel sorry for anyone to try and break in
