Like Phil said Derek has that polish like phil had. Or like dexter Jackson, or flex wheeler or Shawn ray. Nick is more like nasser. But this physique was like we have not seen on Nick before he is getting more muscle maturity and that more peeled look and I could see him becoming so freaky in the next Olympia to the next few years that he becomes undeniable unless Derek’s genetics just can’t be out worked. Even if Nick was perfect he may just not have the genetics to beat a 100% derek. I believe Derek has to come in off for Nick to win and for Sampson to win. 100% derek beats everyone right now. Sampson didn’t beat a 100% derek. Nick is #2 in the world imo

This show has become one of my new favorite shows. I like armon on here better than rx. Of course I think I got tired of rx. King is always a blast to watch and honest.

why does everybody builder now a days need to go to kuwait get big, what to happen to just lifting and its a terrible thing to like everyone thinks its good to go there when in reality you puff up like how brandon did and lose all lines and come back looking like a waterbuffalo, brandon didnt win cause he went to Kuwait, he win because it was a weak line up just saying it how it is, to me brandon looked bloated and most people who go to Kuwait

Derek's quads looked crazy one day out & I think it has something to do with what Armon said, "When he drops water he loses some leg fullness. I think the solution MIGHT be to pull less water and not carb up as much. Derek looked great regardless but he won't beat Hadi unless his legs are in proportion with his upper or very close. Derek should do a lot of isolation dumbell curls also & concentrate on that outer biceps head. I've never seen him do them & I know a few people who improved their biceps peak quite a bit incorporating that exercise correctly.
