I like how playful but annoyed Reggie was with Megumi. Made him more endearing to me. The back and forth in this fight was insane as well.

This was my favorite culling games fight. 🔥🤌🏼

In the culling games Megumi is the only one from our main cast who killed a sorcerer. Not including Maki since she killed Cursed Spirit Naoya.

Very good fight. Definitely Megumi’s best fight. Only time he impressed me if I’m being honest. Oh and when he was jumping out of his shadow like an assassin

Why does the fan base have hate from megumi as a character? What did he do besides use maharaga at multiple inconvenient moments? What did he actually do? That's worthy of hate. He's a victim. Why is the victim being hated on?

That fight felt like it was straight out of jjba

I'll never get over the fact that Megumi needed a domain to beat some knives and plant pots.

While Hakari vs Kashimo was a giant Jojo reference, this fight felt the most like a tense intellectual fight between two competent stand users.

I remember after reading this fight I forgot that megumi was bum for like 0.1 secondos. Thats impressive.

It's a great fight. The issue is that both of these characters are vastly weaker than everyone else.

Its so funny to me how the world hated Megumi but he’s adored in Japan 😂. I think people like him more now though since he actually decided to help against Sukuna. Think people are actually not taking into account what the bath did to his soul.

Spit yo shit indeed. Absolutely one of my favorite fights when i read it and still to this day. The strategy, outplays, the use of real life physics... god i love that fight.

It just didn’t feel like an important fight. It was these guys jumping Megumi, not hunting down the big bads like Kashimo vs Hakari or Yuji vs Higaruma (if that really counts), and it wasnt providing insight into a character we love but don’t see much like Yutas fight, which also offered much cooler abilities and the only 3 way domain clash we see.

Overall it just was a fight of little consequence, and the only thing lost without it is getting to see some Megumi action and development, which didn’t seem to matter much in the grand scheme of things.

This is the most underrated fight in all of JJK

Peak potential man performance

I was so confused during that whole fight. I tried to hard to keep up with what was going on but at one point I was fed up and just wanted to get it over with which sucks because I also think it's very underrated. But i also thnk that it's underrated because it's hard to understand.

Yeah the fights good and megumi looked awesome in it the only thing was regi was kinda boring I wasn’t that interested in the fight I don’t know

Yeah Megumi vs Reggie is probably the best fight because its bit one sided at all, is tactical, displays a good use of both characters abilties and is paced perfectly. Felt like reading a good jojo or hxh fight and not many fights in jjk are that good.

Fr the part where they dropped increasingly heavier objects on one another was funny as shit

"jujutsu sorcerers are nothing but grifters/lyers" this was the best line. Then and there we learn that there is no point in calling Gojo, Sukuna, Megumi or anyone a fraud. Especially the main guys for ganking Sukuna. Jujutsu is a game you play to win, not to be fair. Which is fitting forhte world they live in and the moral dilemma the story deals with. Classic but complex. "How bad are you willing to behave in the defense of good"

As a reader you go into the fight expecting Reggie to be fodder because of his boasting so most of the fight you’re just hoping he dies within the chapter

I agree, I think I'd say it's my favourite of Megumi's fights, it shows off his battle style the best. He's not really one of my favourite characters, but I'm excited for it to be animated.
