how do you adjust the game chat audio I feel like on mine its hard to hear my friends when playing a game the game over powers my chat volume and I can't figure out how to adjust it

The explorer earbuds sound better than I thought they would.

I ended up buying this headset today due to the fact about 2 weeks ago my jbl quantum 910 headset mind you a 300 FREAKING DOLLAR HEADSET the mic one day decided to just stop working and all the rubber pieces on the headband and earmuffs where falling off and that headset was less then 7 months old and only had moderate to low usage on it so if by chance your stuck between the 2 i hope not buy the elite audio is much more clear and just better sounding mic quality is not as good but its a close and i mean very close second and with the elite you can update the headset from the playstation the quantum needs a pc with a kinda hard software to find on google to update it and you HAVE to update it or the headset runs like crap and dies before the 80 hours is up which is bazar to me oh thats another difference the elite like my boy said has a claimed 30 the quantum has 80 big bummer

This is just sad world we live in man, 2024 is about to end and there are still no headsets that are worth buying, ive been doing research on all these headsets for under $200 for a few months and there are NO decent connectivity and sound quality that are worth buying because they break or dont work properly, this if fckud up

EVERYBODY PLEASE LISTEN. DONT buy the pulse elite, they are super low quality in terms of materials and they easily break on the sides (in my case in just 2 weeks they were ready to snap with super carefull usage) and the audio is not good enough to compensate for the price. They dont even have any special support/customization from the ps5 like I thought they would (only if you want a wireless headset for the ps portal) and they also disconnect a lot even with an adapter for the ps5 slim type c slot in the front. Now I have sent them for repair through warranty and I am hoping they will send me a new pair so that I can sell them and buy a headset from a legit company even a wired one cause honestly wireless is not that important since you can just plug them in on the controller. Super dissapointed that no video review from a lot that I watched before buying mentioned anything about all of this.

Is disconnecting still an issus

Picked these up by accident when I went to go buy the regular ones so I could return my old headphones that were wearing down and get my money back.

Is their a newer version of the pulse elite because I just bought a headset 4 days ago and my headband is black rather than the grey in this video which I prefer

Bizaree that 2 of their more expensive models actua5have really bad mic quality. The audio keeps cracking amd falling to keep up. Sounds like stream 9r connection issue.
Was the somgle place on the front or back with all these tests?

Why is there a long type-C Cable? Should I connect the cable to both the console and joystick to get all the features_ mainly the 3D sound? What is the use of this long cable?

i have these headphones and their amazing, the cool thing about it is how you can connect your ears phone and ps5 to it at the same time

This was my most disappointing experience. The box was so stupid. I touched it and it started tearing apart. The headphones were sliding down my head and it was disconnecting during every session. I returned it and now waiting for the refund.

DO NOT BUY THESE THE PLASTIC DEGRADES OVER TIME AND BECOMES VERY BRITTLE MINE CRACKED WHERE THE INNER BAND CONNECTS THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEM.

When you put the H9 on the voice sounded choppy and tinny. Also with the PS5 headsets you can use them with the portal with nothing else but the headphones, this is huge for those with a portal.

The mic on the Inzone was horrible compared to the Elite and the noise cancelling was also better on the Elite

Is this comfortable for big ears?

H9 sounds awful. Choppy. Pulse elites with boom out sound much better. With boom in, they sound exactly the same as the pulse 3D.

I am a big fan of Sony, what bothers me is Sony's low-quality packaging for special products like this headset. I think this headset lacks a bag, and the box does not convey the quality of a luxury product at all. It would have been nicer if a box and a quality bag were considered for the headset. In this matter, although I am not a fan of Microsoft, I give Microsoft a score of 10/10, because it cares about the product box.

How was it now? You still prefer elite or h9?

You forgot to mention that this headset can be connected to 2 devices at the same time, for example PS5 and Cell Phone.
This allows you to answer a call while playing.

I find the headset has good ease of use and good sound (not as good directional sound as my old Turtles) but they kill my ears after 20 mins, I think the cups aren't deep enough and feel like your ears are pressed to the hard speaker, good headset but bad comfort for my head.
