Yes, Pakistan is perfect for foreigners but
Not for Natives.
Because foreigners come just for short time and with almost security but natives live with very bad security situation, worst police system, very poor implementation of law. In karachi we hear robbery, snatching cases everyday.

As Pakistani, I m so ashamed for Karachi. Its very very dirty. Compare to rest of Pakistan.

The reason Pakistan is the best country for white foreigners is the extreme level of reverse racism and discrimination. Pakistanis are awed with white race they bend over backwards to give free and extreme levels of hospitality because of the image thing, they believe they are the best people in the world so they want to show a good image to the white western Europeans. They will pick up white foreigners from the street and take them for long tours for free or very expensive restaraunts, give best free accommodation for as long as they want, spend a lot of money give many expensive gifts, and so on. I have seen all this first hand over the years many many times.

There are many many videos made by white tourists telling about everything is free in Pakistan for them.
