I just bought some and they have a crackling and cutting out problem. I see there is a firmware update for them do you know if the update will fix this. If not I’m probably going to return them :(

Man I love mine! The cushions have like a cooling gel to them it seems. I’ve worn mine for 3 hours straight and never had a complaint. I have a pair of Gunnar gaming glasses and I too never felt any awkward binding or pressure from these headsets. I really can’t imagine better quality sound unless ur a complete audiophile. From just ur average consumer standpoint I don’t see where anyone could go wrong grabbing these

These were great for like the first week for me. After that, it was taking forever to connect and sometimes not even connecting. I don’t want to say it’s a bad product because everyone has a different experience, but I don’t know why it has issues connecting for me now. Great review by the way, bro! 🤙🏽🤙🏽

I’m losing my mind trying to figure out a solid answer for if the PS4/ps5 version of this headset can be used on PC windows 10 video after video forum after forum .. nothing, does it connect with the usb transmitter out the box or by the Bluetooth on your pc or not at all, fuck man I’m done 😅

I don't know if know you can take the ear cups off and adjust them for your glasses. Just be careful the brackets that hold the ear cup are plastic and can break off.

Are they loud? I have the sony platinums im using on my ps5 and they are loud but they cut out. The pulse suck. They were not loud enough. So its either these or the steel series 7p..

When I heard the mic test, I was a bit shocked... on other videos I've watched on this headset, the mic sounded great. I wonder what's the deal with yours. I just ordered this headset. I'm curious. Keep up the great work.

The only headphones that are close to these are my Apple AirPod Pro MAX and those cost me $500 so I’d take the Turtle Beach every single time, no question!
