Are these shoes good on wide feet? I have an air max 90 size uk 9 that just fit me. Would I have have to go half a size up?

usually a size 12 but various reviews say size .5 down. Shall i get 12 or 11.5? never tried a pair on. buying online.

never had the original 997 but i noticed the traction of the 997h doesnt seem to be that great. is that usual for the 997 models or is it just for the 997h? the forefoot area feels slippery
