I found the Paramedics who saved me

CONTEXT FOR NEW VIEWERS:

I called 911 on myself during a mental health crisis. I was driving home from a therapy session when I found myself in a panic and unable to breathe. I knew I was not safe, after silently suffering from undiagnosed PPD and Bipolar disorder I found myself at the end of my rope. Dylan and John responded to my call and how they saved me and what they said went viral. After pleading with them and refusing to cooperate to get help I repeated 'I can't do this, I can't do this, I can't do this. Beside myself and unable to see a way out they responded with ' one more time, let's try one more time'. This simple phrase and the empathy I was given helped to talk me off a ledge and into an ambulance. These words and kindness touched millions who understand the same mental health struggles. Our ability to see other humans in a patient and empathetic way saves lives.
