Trent recommends Chat GPT Chat Bot Integrations

During the recent Australian Hair Council Leadership Summit in Sydney, WhatsWhatCo’s founder Jo Maitland explored with 270 top hair and beauty salon owners the incredible rise of ChatGPT and shared ideas on how they could leverage its capabilities to enhance their businesses to provide exceptional experiences for their clients.

Trent was created using ChatGPT and Synthesia. The objective in creating Trent was to share with attendees the power of AI and the speed in which content could be created.

Not perfected in production for the purpose of the demonstration - he was for many the first time the attendees experienced the power and speed of the two platforms.

Trent then shared his insights of how the salon owners could leverage the power of AI through a sequence of videos.

After sharing the first video in the series What Is CHat GPT participants then went on to discover some of the other uses Chat GPT integrations could be used to enhance the customer journey to the salon.

His first recommendation was through appointment booking and the use of voice recognition.

In this video Trent then recommends other integrations such as Chat GPT Chat Bots that could provide product recommendations and answer frequently asked questions to save the salon owners time, offer services when the salon was closed and improve the customer journey even when open.
