The Beastie Boys were no doubt bonafide trailblazers of rap during the 80s & early 90s! They helped paved the way for other white rappers/white rap groups during a time when all-black rap groups like Run DMC & N.W.A. dominated the scene, and white rappers were practically uncommon & unheard of at the time! I dare say that without them, there would be no Vanilla Ice, no Cypress Hill, no 3rd Bass, no House of Pain, and most definitely no Eminem to make their mark on the rap scene years later! 🎤✊ RIP Adam "MCA" Yauch ... gone, but NOT forgotten! 🥲🍺
