The AT4 off roads are in the background.
ОтветитьWhen is this model available?
ОтветитьI appreciate the screen strategy more so on a decontented truck because it doesn’t have a bunch of ghetto blank buttons
ОтветитьAndre doing ok? Seems down..
ОтветитьToo bad it’s more noisy and uncomfortable than all the other EV trucks and has no locking diffs
ОтветитьSo the Sierra EV for $64,000 versus a RWD Cybertruck for $62,500. Hmm. I think Tesla is going to need to drop the price more.
ОтветитьWith that sort of horsepower it's actually quite a good deal.
ОтветитьJust got back from a 2 week camping trip to Glacier National Park in my Sierra Denali First Edition EV. Drove 2055 miles total. 1200 miles towing my 25' travel trailer. Previously I used a Dodge Ram 3500 dually. That would have cost me over $800 in diesel fuel. With the Sierra EV it cost me ZERO$. (Yes, $0.00 dollars!) Spent 3 days towing to get there and 3 days coming home. Each leg was about 200 miles. Stopped at Campgrounds each night and charged to 100% on the 50 amp power hookup at each campground. Once I got to the Flathead lake State Park I used that campground as my base to explore Glacier driving up to 200 miles each day, coming back to the campsite to charge overnight. My only costs on the entire trip was the campgrounds.
ОтветитьHere's what I like about this (as am f150 lightning flash owner). The Sierra doesn't have that ridiculous bed/cab angled flare thing akin to the Chevy Avalanche.
ОтветитьWhen is the Denali Max Range toughest towing test going to happen?
ОтветитьYes….this is what I want…lower prices. I don’t care of the power plant it uses..lol
Ответить🇺🇸⚡🦾
ОтветитьStill too expensive for a truck
ОтветитьThat’s a nice phoenix sitting in the background
ОтветитьMaybe you should test how it pulls a boat out to one of the local reservoirs.
ОтветитьNo Carplay. sheesh. definitely not buying that
ОтветитьBetter than cybertruck
Ответить8400 lbs!!!
Ответить$62,500 Is not affordable for an entry level truck, even a full size one. You are so out of touch with what the country calls affordable right now.
ОтветитьThat’s a pretty looking lifestyle truck
ОтветитьWhen can we see those AT4s in the background?
ОтветитьNever buying an EV 4x4
ОтветитьThe truck starts at $45k, super cheap. The one I'm driving and the one you want is $95k.
ОтветитьNo Apple Carplay is a joke and shouldn't be swept under the rug. That is a BASIC feature in vehicles at this point. It just feels like GM is cheaping out and not wanting to pay the licensing fees.... on a 64k+ vehicle.
ОтветитьMy new truck will be 20,000.
ОтветитьEv no
ОтветитьThat’s a good looking truck actually
ОтветитьSo again how affordable is this truck? What the price? I saw it cost 100k you. Can put a lot of gas into a gas truck for $ 60k
ОтветитьAn alternate reality where $66k is "affordable". 🙃
ОтветитьStop. No it’s not. It’s ok to like evs and enjoy them but they ARE NOT anything close to what you would spend on an awesome ice truck. Be honest. I spent $51k on my 2023 v8 lt trail boss which I can tow hundreds of miles per “charge”. My truck has all that same “tech” as this Ev. Don’t buy an Ev truck if you want a real truck. If you want to just own an Ev truck then that’s fine. My ice 5.3 will run circles around this truck towing my boat.
ОтветитьTire companies LOVE these massively heavy Ev trucks. $$ $$$$ $$$$$ at ‘bout 40000 miles.
ОтветитьI hope they show the AT4 ev
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI know Tommy is a big fan of mini. I wonder how he feels about the new 2025 mini they ruined it it’s not meant anymore.
ОтветитьThe first three minutes. I cant get past the driver headlight/fog lamp looks like a '?'. 🤣
ОтветитьAndre sporting the 90s facial hair. 😊
Ответить$64,500 is a relatively good price if they don’t nerf the range down to 200 miles with RWD only. 18” wheels don’t scare me away.
ОтветитьCan’t call that a 4x4 in every way, yes it is all wheel drive. But that thing is so low to ground has no clearance on it
ОтветитьSo basically the extended ranges are reserved for those people with a lot of money
Ответить$65k MSRP is about what you could have bought a top of the line ICE truck a few years ago. I get that this is substantially lower priced than some of the others, but it’s still a non starter for me, and I’d bet most others as well. These trucks are just greed personified when you can get most, if not all, the same features from EVs at half this ‘reduced’ price. Let me know when the entry level EV trucks are where they were all promised to be at around $35k and I’ll watch/consider.
ОтветитьNo CarPlay or Android Auto is a hard NO for me. This is the absolute dumbest decision GM has made, to not include it.
ОтветитьI thick the Evolution represents a great value. From what I've seen, the Scout will have similar specs and expected pricing. Will be an interesting comparison!
ОтветитьAs an andriod (and therefore google) user Google built in sounds good, However I think car companies becoming 'exclusive' to tech giants is going to end up costing them. No Apple Integration means that no one with an Iphone is incentiviesed to buy this. Now i personally think it is dumb how centralized our phones have become in our lives, but that is the current reality.
That all said, as long as it has Spotify and half decent built in Navigation, i dont care if it doesnt have Android Auto or Carplay
Buy a truck but don’t tow with it cause of range. 😂 great video André.
ОтветитьIs there a truck canopy for the Silverado/Sierra EV yet?
ОтветитьWhat is the paints colors name?
ОтветитьGMs v8s are junk, and the 10 speed transmission is junk, but their unproven EVs are flawless 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Run away from this overpricred POS
Ответитьno glass roof is awesome, they are overrated in the summer its a green house issue in my tesla. But no NACS and its a 2026 model.....eh i can wait i wont buy a new car with an out dated charge port
ОтветитьAny idea when they are going to build a Yukon/suburban on these platforms??
ОтветитьNo it’s not
