West Skyrim often collapses in my games too, it may be due to the game rule that destroys Empire titles if their owners lose too much De Jure land

I started a playthrough in Elsweyr, and somehow the entire Imperial Isle turned into goblins that stockpiled 60K gold. Took me 13 in game years to beat them

I have found that it's a decent strategy to swear fealty to Western Skyrim early on for protection and chip away at the smaller Reach realms until you've managed to nab the territories within Skyrim and grow enough to get independence and just go on an absolute tear through the rest of the Reach territories with your newly-independent and strong kingdom.

Conquer, Invasion, etc. kingdoms don't fail on character death as the attacker - I'm pretty sure it's only vassalisation on death of defender and varangian adventure (unless Elder Kings uses different rules to base game)

Hey does anyone know how I can actually play this mod? I already downloaded it, said it only worked in 1.8, changed it to 1.8, waited 3 minutes for it to load, and then when I choose a character and click play it crashes

How have I missed this until now?!
