How to install the Dracula GTK theme

I changed my qt and gtk theme to dracula recently because I like the colors also use i3 because I enjoy editing configs

You are 3/4 right the Dracula GTK is in the AUR and not in the normal Arch Repos.

So i've installed it and 90% of it works. Problem is if i open a third party software, say Joplin, the bar above the software, the one containing the Name of the software, the Minimize button, the Mazimise button and the Close button remains white with different icons. Now i would not mind the icons remaining the same but the White bar is horrendous, especially since its actually the same color as the font color of the application name.
Did you notice this problem? And how can i fix it?
I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Also, the drop-down screen on the right, the one that has Settings, Lock, Power Off/Log out etc is also white, but i dont mind. The Title bar is the problem
