I really enjoy watching your videos! You probably wouldn't be able to live in Alaska if Eric weren't a mechanic and an all around handyman - and Arial weren't a worker bee and both of you weren't a TEAM!

The vernal equinox, the spring equinox marks one of the two instances each year when our sun and the Earth’s equator align. The spring equinox always falls on March 20 or 21 (and occasionally on March 19 in a leap year). In 2025, the big day is Thursday, March 20. Signalling the start of Spring.

Thank you so much for sharing your lives. I live in the UK and seeing 'your world' in Alaska gives me a window into your lives. How wonderful that you still see the beauty in nature even after all these years, that outweighs the tougher side of life. You are inspirational and if I was still a young woman I would love to have experienced time in Alaska..so I will just see it through your eyes...Shirley 😘

Love watching and following your journey. I've said it before I would never want to even visit Alaska so I'm glad I can see it through your storytelling and videography. Started watching you when I was learning gardening for the first time during covid and with your motivation I feed my family from my own back yard. And doing everything from seed as much as possible. My favourite episodes are the garden ones, but the wide variety of topics you cover keep it interesting all year.

Hey, I'd personally like to thank you for keeping the videos clean and family friendly. None of us are perfect. Sometimes things slip out. I've even been at church and had things slip out. But as Ariel said, it's inappropriate. I have so much respect for the crusty old men I've known in my life that will be cussing and swearing, but will clean things up in the presence of ladies and children.

I was just on a business trip to sweden so I was only able to watch this now. Your account is the reason why I started getting more into gardening and am looking into houses in scandinavia to be able to experience a variation of what your account offers. So far you guys got me to watch wild bears, go snowshoe hike and just drive thousands of km and camp in my car to catch northern lights and wild animals. Thank you. Your videos are the only ones I watch religiously and they always show me what life could be like ( even just for a vacation)

Have you considered adding recovery heat from the generator from exhaust and from the radiator using a heat exchanger. The exhaust is around 1000 degrees. Polar power Model No. 20-29-0030 has one that supplies 60,000 btu from a 10kw 2 cly generator (guessing that’s around the size of yours based on what I see)
