Wow. My first real breathing exercise since starting 21 day to awakening.

The colors I experienced with my eye closed were different than my other meditations! The music and instruction helped so much. My exhale is challenging for me but I’m on the right track and will get better 💫🐳☀️❤️🌻

Very beautiful rhythm music and guided coaching. The only fault I have with it is at the end it leaves you holding your breath.

Thank you so much Niraj Naik I've been doing your box breathing exercise using mula bandha for some months almost daily now in order to relax before doing mindfulness meditation and the profound state of relaxation it brings me in became a positive addiction. No better way to start your day ;-)

I just completed this guided breath all the way through. It was a challenge at moments - especially during the 8-count hold with the breath out - but I was able to hang in there by adapting the depth of my breath and feeling into the rhythm. Neat how the music ques you to the change in the count and keeps evolving. I feel notably calm and able to be still compared to before. Cool stuff!

I love the concept but 8 seconds is a bit too long for me, i think I would do best with 4 second intervals.
