The colors I experienced with my eye closed were different than my other meditations! The music and instruction helped so much. My exhale is challenging for me but I’m on the right track and will get better 💫🐳☀️❤️🌻
Nice and challenging in my morning sauna session. Also makes the cold shower bearable.

ОтветитьI just completed this guided breath all the way through. It was a challenge at moments - especially during the 8-count hold with the breath out - but I was able to hang in there by adapting the depth of my breath and feeling into the rhythm. Neat how the music ques you to the change in the count and keeps evolving. I feel notably calm and able to be still compared to before. Cool stuff!
