Terraria, but every 10 seconds an meteor falls (Part 1)

Heya, So I been looking at the stuff YouTube been recommending me and one of them was named "Minecraft, but every 10 seconds an anvil falls".. Looks like there are allot of these "10 second" type videos. So this got me thinking... Terraria, but every 10 seconds a meteor falls..? If you did know, there are a ton of conditions for a meteor to actually fall:

• 16% of the world centered on the spawn point is protected from falling meteors.
• Meteorites will not land within 35 tiles of a NPC or a chest.
• Meteorites will not fall on-screen for any player.
• They cannot fall within 50 blocks of the edge of the world or 50 blocks from the top of the world.
• If the entire world is covered by these conditions (e.g., lots of chests), no meteorite will fall.
• Some other lesser important conditions

I been coding a T-Shock plugin and cracking the API for over 4 days... I managed to remove all the restrictions and make a plugin/mod to spawn them in every x seconds.
