Ответитьnot gonna lie these are good ideas, but this is easily extending past just studying, being productive is good but forcing yourself to be over productive is pressure in and of itself, which is counterproductive and can lead to stress. Ppl do need breaks, rotting is fineish sometimes but this video makes it so its trying to minimize phone usage to the absolute lowest which is extending beyond the title, even going beyond that and calling music while walking a distraction? Distractions are distractions but your blurring the lines a bit with distractions and things that arent negatively impactive, also genarally theres a 2 hour rule for phone usage outside of work related things but i can see your point if its to reduce phone addiction or like your last point using it as an escape though its a bit extreme for the average user who occasionally doomscrolls sending wrong messages

ОтветитьYou're really ahead of you age. It took me so long to come to these conclusions and I was in denial for so long that social media can control me. I used to think that I have the free will to choose to stop whenever I want. But it took many incidents for me to realise that it was false. The hold social media has on our biological brain goes so deep, it's hard to go against our biology, but easier to just skip triggering it.
