How to reset BMW brake pad sensor warning. Also service, oil change, milage

So if my brake pad wear sensor broke does that mean my rotors are getting bad ? Bevause my pads are still good

I change 3 times the sensor with 3 different brands and never can't reset

I ve just bought a 06 manual 330i with brand new brakes , rotors - I guess brake pads sensors as well - and new clutch too :) .... the clutch destroy valve broke the clutch disc and separated the dual mass flywheel
Car threw a 71 code so brake pads sensor.
But the sensors seem to be OK and they were very likely installed new with the brake pads ... so why the heck do I have this light on ?
Also for 2006 330i it doesn't show if it's the front sensor or the rear one.
So basically .... is it possible to clear this sensor light or I do have to replace both sensors ? It's frustrating

Quick tip! Make sure all doors are closed or you will not be able to reset the light

After trying 5 other videos I was about to reset mine with yours! You TOLD us not to turn on the engine but turn the power on!! The BEST piece of instruction that differs from everyone else!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Alright so this morning i was in my car and bored and when i turned my bmw on my car said service and i checked service info and the rear brake pads lit up yellow and needed to b done in 1000…miles front breakes were completely good still in orange not yellow soo ke being bored i juss tried to reset the yellow rear brake light by doing the reset method and for sum reason it resetted my front brake pads and rear and now is showing me the lift car light n brake light is on when it never was untill i resetted it like ??? ANYONE KNO WHY THIS HAPPEN ? like my brake light was never on at all and never showed the lift light untill i was bored and resetted the rear warning light

Perfect, thanks. I think I bought the same Chinese copy. Complete rubbish would even clip to the brake caliper. Ended up cutting it off and joining the wires together. The reset worked a treat 👍
