This smoked queso is something I wish I had tried sooner! So easy and quick to make - you have got to try this one!
Directions:
You will need a 4-5qt Dutch Oven
A block of cheddar (2 pounds)
1 pound of Colby / Monterey Mixed Cheese
1 pound of sausage (you need to cook this first)
1 can Cream of Mushroom
2 Cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chillies
Meat Church Holy Cow Seasoning (1 TBSP)
Mix all in a dutch oven and put in a smoker at 350 for 45 mins
Open the smoker and stir contents every 15 mins
Garnish with tomatoes and cilantro (optional) and you are good to go!
