Weight gain from bipolar medicine.

Gained 50 lbs since my last video about 3 years ago. Very depressed. Tried weight watchers
yet I keep yo-yoing (kept off about 10 lbs so far). Watch my "Mixed Episode" video from August 2009 to see how much my face has filled in. I've been in and out of the hospital( for suicidal ideation) about
5X since January 2010 and gain weight with each hospitalization.. The only thing keeping me alive is my two loving supporting parents.
