Launch app on boot on Android TV 9-12 no root required, auto start app on boot

How to launch app on boot on Android TV? There were a few apps designed for this purpose such as LAUNCH ON BOOT, but they no longer work since Android 10, because it is not allowed by the eco system's policy. Now this is finally made possible without even a root access, check this video.
