I like the Jackie Gleason reference. All the spellings in the Wiki is "Ark Royal" The decking was made of .75 Ducol steel plating. The preshading really makes the difference. I wish I had done that years ago when I built the USS Intrepid. Sorry to hear of your friends run in with a " keyboard warrior". They feel embolden to be jerks behind a keyboard.
