Hey Beth! I absolutely love my multi-cooker! I have a traditional stove top pressure cooker that I have been deathly afraid of. I actually would peak into the kitchen from another room to look at it. Give me chicken skin in a bad way! The first thing I pressured cooked was 2 racks of ribs and then into the oven for 5 minutes with the bbq sauce on it. They were awesome!!! I made them for the uncles and they had no idea it came out of the pressure cooker! Fall off dah bone ribs in less than 45 minutes! I gonna make some stew next! Thanks for the vids. Eh how is Mom and Scott doing?
